Pratt Daddy grew from Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag’s personal connection to crystals—their beauty, their symbolism, and the meaning a small object can hold during a difficult chapter. That connection became a collection built around pieces Spencer is excited to share.
During a challenging recovery after Heidi’s surgeries, Spencer looked beyond conventional options for comfort and meaning. What he found included Sugilite, a rare purple mineral he and Heidi associate with peace and beauty. They describe that chapter as one where crystals became a source of personal comfort—not a medical treatment, and not a substitute for care from doctors.
Today, Pratt Daddy brings together crystal pendants, distinctive carvings, and jewelry chosen for color, form, and individual character. Cinderhill—the partnership of gemcutter Kurt Monnich and jeweler Cindy Monnich—is an important part of the Pratt Daddy story. Many of the carved and intarsia pieces you see here reflect their work: selecting materials for pattern and color, then polishing or assembling them to bring out character while keeping one-of-a-kind qualities.
Cinderhill is especially known for intarsia—designs assembled from carefully fitted mineral sections that catch the light and wear comfortably. Pratt Daddy works with Cinderhill and other makers across the catalog; not every listing is hand-carved, and some pieces are natural-surface, unpolished, or manmade materials.
